Job Summary

Undertake claims management across various infrastructure and building projects.
Undertake detailed forensic evaluation of extension of time claims and prepare assessment reports.
Carryout detailed analysis of cost and disruption claims and advise on entitlements.
Provide advice on contractual matters and disputes.
Provide support on delay and quantum matter in arbitration and litigations.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Should have more than 10 years of experience in the fields of claims and contracts management.
Should ideally possess experience working with claims teams of Contractors, Consultants or Developers.
Should possess sound working knowledge of the FIDIC forms of contract.
Should have good command of English (both oral and written) and be able to produce high quality and structured reports.
As a minimum the individual should have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / construction project management. Qualifications in construction law would be an added advantage.
Should have good understanding of construction sequence.
