Job Information:


  • Administrative work: shift arrangement, document processing, computer system operation, data input and recording
  • Answer telephone inquiries, receive parents and new students to register
  • Assist in handling various accounts and records of child care centers
  • Order School Supplies, Textbooks and Resources
  • Assist teachers in teaching activities
  • Assist in the production of teaching materials

Job Experience:

  • Graduated from a preparatory course with good command of English.
  • More than 2 years of work experience, relevant work experience is preferred
  • Familiar with computer operation, word processing and software application
  • Good interpersonal communication and time management skills, teamwork spirit
  • Able to work on weekends
