About The Role

One&Only is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Chief Concierge. As a pivotal member of our luxury hospitality staff, the Assistant Chief Concierge will work closely with the Chief Concierge to oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service.

About You

The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership skills, a wealth of local knowledge, and a passion for curating unforgettable moments for our esteemed guests. You will have a Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field and 2 years of experience in a concierge management role in a luxury hotel environment.
