We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Chef to join our growing team in Ajman.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in food preparation, creativity in the kitchen, and the
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes such as pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and other cafe-style meals.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Support in inventory management, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel kitchen.
Knowledge of Western and cafe-style cooking.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be willing to work in Ajman, UAE.
