Assistant Chef
to support our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare, grill, and plate dishes according to our brand standards.
Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Support in setup and breakdown during events and busy shifts.
Contribute ideas for new menu items or improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably with grilled meats or fast-casual concepts.
Good knowledge of food prep and cooking techniques, especially grilling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during outdoor events.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event shifts.
