The Assistant Catering Manager should support the Catering Manager in planning, organizing, and executing catering events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting with staff supervision and maintaining health and safety standards

Maintain kitchen organization and general cleanliness in the cooking and service areas.
Event planning and coordination
Team leadership and staff scheduling
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and logistics
Basic understanding of inventory management and budgeting
Ability to work with vendors, venues, and clients
Problem-solving and crisis management skills
