Assistant Buyer
to support our buying and merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Buyer in selecting and purchasing merchandise for upcoming seasons.
Coordinate with suppliers, brands, and distributors regarding orders, shipments, and product information.
Monitor stock levels and support in planning replenishments.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy of product details.
Track shipments and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival.
Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to support buying decisions.
Assist in preparing reports related to sales performance, best-sellers, and inventory.
Collaborate with the merchandising and warehouse team for smooth product handling.
Help in organizing samples, product photos, and documentation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, buying, merchandising, or fashion is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking.
Enthusiastic about fashion, especially children's wear.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
