Job Title: Assistant Butlers Manager Location: Dubai, Jumeirah Position Overview: As the Assistant Butlers Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through the management of our butler services. Reporting directly to the Butlers Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the butler department, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Butlers Manager in the daily management of the butler department, including scheduling, training, and performance management of butler staff. 2. Ensure the highest level of personalized service is provided to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to exceed expectations. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, front desk, and concierge. 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in butler service areas, including butler pantries and storage rooms. 5. Uphold grooming standards for all butler staff, ensuring immaculate presentation at all times. 6. Monitor inventory levels of butler supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels. 7. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the hotel. 8. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction. 9. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and suites to ensure they meet the hotel\'s cleanliness and maintenance standards. 10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in butler services, implementing new initiatives to enhance the guest experience. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a luxury hotel or resort environment, with a focus on butler services preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests. 5. Knowledge of grooming standards for both female and male staff, with the ability to ensure compliance among team members. 6. Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus. 7. Must be eligible to work in the UAE and willing to adhere to all visa and accommodation regulations.
