Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description

we are looking for young and dynamic Assistant Brand Manager, who will support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand equity. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a strong understanding of the baby product market, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:



Brand Strategy Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, marketing) to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Marketing Campaigns:

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store channels. Assist in the creation of compelling brand messaging and content tailored to the target audience . Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

Product Launches:

Contribute to the planning and execution of new product launches, including positioning, packaging, and promotional strategies. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and retailers to ensure successful product rollouts.

Brand Communication:

Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure all communications are consistent with the brand's voice and values. Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Sales Support:

Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively promote the brand. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Budget Management:

Assist in managing the brand's marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Track expenses and report on ROI for marketing initiatives.

Customer Engagement:

Support initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and engagement, such as loyalty programs, events, and community outreach. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the baby products or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for the baby products industry and a deep understanding of the target audience (parents and caregivers).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
