Assistant Branch Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of branch operations. Oversee staff training, scheduling, and daily task assignments. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control. Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in handling escalated complaints. Ensure the branch complies with operational and quality standards. Maintain records for sales, staffing, and operational expenses. Supervise closing and opening procedures of the branch. Take charge of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. Fluent in English and Arabic is a bonus.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in F&B. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen and service areas. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
