Job Description

The Assistant Baker supports the Head Baker in preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. This role involves assisting in daily production, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and production schedules. Support the baking process for breads, pastries, and desserts. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately. Operate baking equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and proofers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area. Ensure all baked items meet company quality and presentation standards. Monitor inventory and report shortages of ingredients or supplies. Assist in packaging, labeling, and storing finished products properly. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Support the Head Baker in developing new products and recipes.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Baker or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team. Good attention to detail and quality. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,000.00 per month
