Assistant Assembler
Job Description
Assemble AHUs and FCUs based on engineering drawings and production schedules.
Install components such as coils, fans, motors, filters, dampers, and control panels within the units.
Align and fit sheet metal panels, frames, insulation, and internal parts as per specifications.
Perform drilling, riveting, screwing, and sealing tasks during assembly.
Conduct visual and basic functional checks during and after assembly to ensure quality standards.
Ensure all assemblies meet the dimensional and functional requirements set by the design team.
Handle and store components properly to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with the quality control team to address any non-conformities or rework.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Adhere to company safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support the team in achieving daily and weekly production targets.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Experience:
HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
