Vesta Care is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Admin & Accounting Assistant
to support our expanding operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and accounting support to management and the finance team. This role suits someone who is highly organized, accurate, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in administrative and accounting support roles (UAE experience is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and reconciliations
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare journal entries and help ensure accuracy of the general ledger
Assist during audits and support compliance with financial policies and regulations
Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day office administration and general operational tasks
Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems
Support management with reports, schedules, and internal communications

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
