Administrative duties
Manage and maintain databases and client records.
Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and organize files.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Provide general office support, maintain supplies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Telesales duties
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
Generate leads and follow up on incoming inquiries.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Explain product/service features, answer questions, and address customer concerns or complaints.
Upsell and cross-sell other products or services.
Maintain client relationships and follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction.
Update the CRM with call details, lead status, and sales activities.
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection.
A bachelor's degree is a plus.
