Job Overview

• Manage asset registration, tracking, and lifecycle monitoring of all plant equipment and tools
• Oversee routine inspection and maintenance schedules for critical assets and machinery
• Ensure plant and equipment are operational, properly allocated, and comply with health, safety, and legal requirements
• Maintain detailed records of asset conditions, repairs, replacements, and transfer logs
• Coordinate with project and logistics teams for deployment, relocation, or disposal of assets
• Conduct physical audits to verify asset presence and reconcile with system records
• Support procurement and budgeting for equipment and spare parts based on usage forecasts
• Recommend process improvements and upgrades for better asset control and cost optimization

Job Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in asset management or plant operations, preferably within construction or real estate sectors

Skills

• Familiarity with asset management software and ERP systems
• Knowledge of construction site equipment and plant operations
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance planning and reporting
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage field inspections
