Seven Seas Hotel, Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Asset Manager
with a strong background in hospitality asset control. The ideal candidate must have
3-5 years of relevant experience
, with
mandatory hands-on experience in IDS accounting/software systems
. Candidates without IDS experience will not be considered.
The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling the hotel's fixed assets, ensuring proper tagging, tracking, and safeguarding of all assets in line with company policies and audit requirements. This role involves close coordination with finance, engineering, stores, and operations departments.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate fixed asset registers in IDS, conducting periodic physical asset verification, monitoring asset movement and disposal, ensuring correct depreciation entries, and supporting internal and external audits. The role also includes assisting in CAPEX planning and asset replacement budgeting.
Eligibility Criteria:
3-5 years of Asset Management experience in
Dubai hospitality
Mandatory experience in IDS software (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting, tagging, and verification
Experience in audit coordination and internal controls
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel accounting systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
