Job Description
Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Asset Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee asset management strategies to optimize lifecycle performance, reliability, and value. Manage and monitor physical, financial, and operational assets across projects or organizational portfolios. Conduct asset risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize operational and financial risks. Prepare and maintain asset registers, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders. Coordinate with project, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure efficient utilization and maintenance of assets. Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning for asset acquisition, maintenance, and replacement. Ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in asset management. Mentor and train staff in asset management principles, processes, and software tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)
- mandatory.Project Management Professional (PMP)
- mandatory. Minimum10 years of professional experience
in asset management, preferably in large-scale projects or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of asset management frameworks (ISO 55000), risk management, and lifecycle optimization. Proficiency in asset management software and tools (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM). Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
