The role focuses on preserving, growing, and optimizing a multi-asset portfolio, including stocks, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
The candidate will work directly with the Principal and the Strategic Executive to implement and improve the family's investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
Monitor and actively manage the family's diversified investment portfolio.
Analyze portfolio performance, rebalance assets when needed.
Investment Strategy Development:
Assist in setting and adjusting asset allocations.
Identify new investment opportunities (direct deals, private equity, real estate).
Research and Due Diligence:
Perform deep financial analysis and risk assessments on potential investments.
Present clear, actionable investment proposals to the Principal.
Execution and Deal Management:
Lead execution of investments including negotiations with banks, brokers, and counterparties.
Risk and Cost Management:
Protect and enhance the family's wealth by minimizing unnecessary risks and costs.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
5+ years in investment management, private banking, or family office investment roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong financial analysis, investment structuring, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with multi-asset investing (equities, real estate, private markets).
Personal Qualities:
High integrity, independent thinker, results-driven.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Location:
Based in Dubai (occasional travel flexibility preferred).
Compensation Package:
Base Salary:
25,000 - 40,000 AED per month, depending on experience.
Bonus Structure:
Performance-based bonus tied to exceeding annual investment return targets.
