Job Overview:

We are a leading

construction infrastructure company based in Qatar

, looking for a skilled and experienced

Asset Manager

to oversee and manage our road-related infrastructure assets. The ideal candidate will have

proven international experience on road infrastructure projects, preferably outside the MENA region

, and a strong background in asset lifecycle planning, maintenance strategies, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of assets related to road infrastructure projects. Develop and implement effective asset management strategies and policies. Monitor asset performance and coordinate maintenance, repair, and replacement planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset databases and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, procurement, and engineering. Conduct periodic asset audits and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with international asset management standards (e.g., ISO 55000). Prepare detailed asset reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Asset Management (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of experience

in asset management within the

road construction or infrastructure industry

.

Must have international experience on road projects outside the MENA region

. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure asset lifecycle and condition assessments. Proficient in asset management systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP, or equivalent). Excellent communication, reporting, and team coordination skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000). Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects or PPP frameworks. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
