Job Description
As the Asset Management Lead, you will develop and implement strategies to optimise asset performance within critical business units. This role involves financial modelling, risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance asset value and support strategic goals.
- Develop and execute asset management strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor operational, financial and commercial performance.
- Analyse contracts and financial data to identify risks and variances.
- Maintain risk registers and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support investment decisions, particularly for vital assets.
- Prepare internal reports and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate across teams to meet KPIs and strategic objectives.
- UAE National (UAEN).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Asset Management, Finance, Strategy, or Governance.
- Experience in a well-established organisation.
- Preferred: Master's degree and/or professional finance qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CA).
- Sector experience in industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
