• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to asset performance and ROI.
• Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor asset-related contracts, leases, and agreements to ensure compliance and optimize costs.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
