Our Central Management Head Office is seeking a competent and detail-oriented A

sset Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee the maintenance of our facilities, fleet and assets. The successful candidate must ensurethe smooth and safe operation of all systems through effective scheduling, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs, coordinating with the drivers for fleet and arranging accommodation. This role is critical for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Team management:

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including performance evaluation and addressing personnel issues.

Required skills and qualifications

Proven 5-6 experience in Asset ,maintenance operations and planning. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of relevant equipment and machinery, fleet & accomodation. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Ability to manage budgets and inventory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A Bachelor's Degree , Professional Certifications or equivalent is required.

Maintenance planning:

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime.

Operations oversight:

Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments (e.g., production) to ensure minimal disruption.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations (like OSHA), environmental standards, and other statutory requirements.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair costs.

Budget and inventory:

Manage the maintenance budget and oversee the inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Troubleshooting:

Perform complex troubleshooting and guide technicians on resolving equipment failures.

Vendor management:

Coordinate and manage work performed by third-party contractors and vendors.

Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and determine necessary repairs.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
