Has responsibility for providing support service to terminal customers/front line operations by ensuring that their experience in dealing with various functions within the terminal is a satisfactory experience. Acts as a focal point between the customer and the company in terms of process and implementation of all customer requirements.
Maintains customer satisfaction and identifies areas for potential customer growth by delivering high standards in quality professional service. Has responsibility for resolving Customer complaints and concerns quickly and efficiently by proper liaison with Operations, Planning and Finance Department Establishes proactive communication to ensure understanding, handle quality and service issues, and develop/maintain customer loyalty.
