BUSINESS DEVELOPER ADMIN & SALES (REMOTE INTERNSHIP) About the company: Dubai-based eJuno is a digital social event marketplace for products and services in the luxury sector. The company boasts a customer centric philosophy behind a customer focused platform that gathers the entire Event Production Chain in one front end. About the position: This position is for obtaining Early Talent that can be developed in working with the Product Developer & Marketplace Team in researching areas of ecommerce needs, trends, customer service, growing portfolio. The intern is responsible for building products that elevate consumer experiences online in a comprehensive event industry ecosystem. Learn about the eJuno ecosystem, company's vision, values, and understand where it stands in the event industry landscape. Conduct competitive research, industry benchmarking and build a point of view on assigned initiatives such as Ecommerce customer shopping experience, improve ease of shopping, driving ecommerce revenue and margins. Work with Product Leaders to understand their Product Vision and conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities. Work with various stakeholders to gather relevant data to perform ROI analysis and provide inputs in product roadmap. Work with the ecommerce team to refine consumer journeys for assigned initiatives and write user stories for engineering team. You will be working with the next generation of technology and integration. As a Business Developer Intern, you will gain exposure to the IT industry by participating in a variety of internal initiatives and client engagements. This position is designed to roll into full time apprenticeship after the 6-month internship. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Build an understanding of the relationship between eCommerce and other disciplines in driving online performance for the luxury event industry Learn to craft eCommerce technical strategies to meet business goals, determining appropriate tactics based on business need Measure performance and impact of initiatives Be a customer advocate - think of the customer in all requirements and projects Communicate important and necessary information to eCommerce managers and stakeholders Assist in development and testing activities Assist with onboarding new sellers Monitor, manage and update website content such as product listings, inventory updates, and pricing Run reports and gather data related to e-commerce website operation (sales, email interaction, traffic, other KPI's) Participate in eCommerce meetings Meet and collaborate with agency content managers to improve the end user experience Developing and tracking meaningful quarterly goals and exceeding them! Assist with copy and content writing All other duties as assigned Profile and Competences Last year or recently graduated in a business-related field. Strong data analysis skills Able to interact in oral and written form with a wide variety of stakeholders Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills Very task-oriented Experienced in sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interested in learning about e-commerce website operations Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and develop relationships across functional groups High level of energy and sense of urgency Extraordinary ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently, and to track projects over time at varying degrees of detail. Accordingly, candidate must have outstanding organizational skills and be extremely detail-oriented in a high-volume dynamic environment Nice to have Experience working in digital projects Additional language skills Prior eCom or Retail experience, preferably in the luxury environment Soft Skills Service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, and approachable) Strong organization capability, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Strong ability to communicate, provide clear messages and engage successfully Attention to detail, well organized Willingness to learn and share your learning with the team Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize responsibilities effectively Ability to handle and to maintain confidential information Location: Remote-based position Compensation: this internship is unpaid, and the Intern will not be compensated or paid for any services that he/she conducts at the Company. The Intern agrees that he will be compensated in knowledge, education, and experience as consideration for the duties and responsibilities that he/she will undertake. At the end of the internship duration, you'll be asked to summarize your learnings, and your product point of view in a form of presentation to eJuno stakeholders. Job Type: Internship
