Position:Asset Associate

: As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting network of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer sides.

What YouaEUR(TM)ll be doing:

You will be responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.

Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands. Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.

Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts.

Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog.

Expedite backlog.

Bond maintenanceaEUR"at the direction of the material planner.

Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles

Ability to Identify a problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess each using standard procedures and making sound decisions

Good communication skills in English

Proficiency in excel

German language skills on an advanced level are nice-to-have
