The Role
Position Title:
Asset Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to 7.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A trusted investment group in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of luxury real estate, automotive, general trading and logistics serving clientele within GCC : -Ensuring accurate documentation of asset transactions, valuations, and financial adjustments for auditing and regulatory purposes. -Creating Asset register for each company and property , both in excel and Accounting Software. -Evaluating capital expenditures and their impact on asset value and performance. -Identifying opportunities for asset optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.Requirements
Qualifications:
-Male, up to 38 years old and below -Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with minimum of 4 years experience as a Asset Analyst -Experience in financial analysis or asset management. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial softwareAbout the company
