Partner with the best

As an Assembly Maintenance Overhaul (AMO) Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate, expedite the preventative maintenance plans along with ensuring calibration. You\'ll leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process. Connecting to the broader business, you will ensure on-time delivery for customers.

As an Assembly Maintenance Overhaul (AMO) Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
• Helping the plant and regional shops on continuous improvements , bringing value in cost reduction
• Ensuring best practices & standardization rolls across each and every shop in the region
• Supporting in driving global standardization of cost reduction strategies, best practices and communication across the AMO organization
• Serving as a focal point to co-ordinate and ensure new products are introduced in the most compliant & effective method.
• Offering technical support for various plants and channel partners across the region.
• Leading, initiating and facilitating process improvement projects with focus on cost reduction and AMO delivery

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor\'s degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul.
• Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Have excellent SAP & Excel skills
• Able to support workshop supervisors with tooling / methods / new product introduction
