Assembly Maintenance Overhaul Mechanic Technician

Partner with the best As AMO Mechanic you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies. As an AMO Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality maintenance, mechanical assembly, and overhaul on different types of TRS equipment.
• Performing Complex and difficult tasks with minimal instructions.
• Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices, following, HSE & Quality standards.
• Conducting mechanical inspections and providing troubleshooting on the Equipment under maintenance and/or in the field.
• Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
• Conducting pre-maintenance preparation of equipment, including but not limited to cleaning, lock-out tag-out, obtaining and following necessary permits
• and approvals.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Technical diploma or several years’ maintenance related experience in electro- mechanical function or relevant industrial experience
• Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints, parts list and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
• Be proficient in the use of mechanical tools, tooling and test equipment.
• Be able to achieve and maintain Competency Assessments as required.
• Have basic computer skills
