Job Description

Assemble AHU & FCU Units:

Assemble various components of AHUs and FCUs including fans, coils, motors, filters, and electrical connections. Follow detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions for accurate assembly.

Component Installation:

Install and secure parts such as fans, motors, coils, and other mechanical and electrical components. Ensure all parts are properly aligned and fastened.

Tool & Equipment Handling:

Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain tools and ensure proper working condition.

Ensure Assembly Standards:

Follow assembly protocols to ensure that each unit is correctly built and operational. Ensure the proper functioning of each component within the unit during assembly.

Workplace Safety:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines. Communicate effectively regarding progress, material requirements, or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in mechanical or HVAC assembly, preferably with AHUs or FCUs.

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Basic understanding of HVAC components and systems.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle heavy parts (up to [weight limit]) and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in a production environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or vocational education in mechanical systems or HVAC is a plus.
Candidates on Visit visa & Cancelled visa are preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
