We are looking for Asphalt Paver Operators to work in Ireland. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team. As an Asphalt Paver Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining asphalt paving equipment to lay and compact asphalt on roads, parking lots, and other surfaces. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and smoothness of the finished pavement. • Operate and control the asphalt paving machine, including the paver, screed, and other equipment, to lay asphalt surfaces in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, depth, and smoothness of the asphalt pavement by adjusting machine controls during the paving process.
• Monitor asphalt temperature and adjust the machine accordingly to maintain optimal paving conditions.
• Conduct routine inspections of the equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the paving crew and communicate effectively to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project deadlines.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Assist with tasks such as shoveling, raking, and sweeping to prepare the work area and clean up after the paving process.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including quantities of materials used and hours worked.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of the asphalt pavement being laid and make adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Asphalt Paver Operator, with a solid understanding of asphalt paving techniques and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, screeds, and compactors.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt materials and their properties, as well as the ability to assess asphalt quality during the paving process.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate machine controls effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and operating heavy machinery.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
