Partner with the best As an Artificial Lift Services Specialist - Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul you will provide relevant documentation for the technological process. Working with leading-edge technology, you will ensure compliance for current processes.

As a Services Specialist - Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with team and manager to deliver solutions for complex problems. Translating and communicating work demands for direct reports, while maintaining work records and data analysis to suggest and improve overall KPIs. Initiating actions after action calls for business development, while working with direct management to determine cost efficient ways to perform. Ensuring all inventory supplies, hand tools and resources required to run activity are available. Resolving complaints, personal problems and escalate them to direct management if needed. Implementing QHSE policies and guiding the team to adhere to policies. Reviewing and witnessing material load and unload, while performing risk analysis.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Experience working in Maintenance of Artificial Lift equipment with at least 2 years of Artificial Lift field experience. Have 2+ years of experience in supervising a team. Have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering. Be able to work and communicate well with others.
