Our Drilling Services AMO Team is assembling and testing the latest products of drilling equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

The role is responsible for will providing specialist support in a variety of technical duties to support the maintenance and reliability initiatives of the organization. .

As an AMO Production Control Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Providing maintenance planning documents to workshop based on Event Based Maintenance

• Working with AMO locations in regards to Repair Material Authorization maintenance, logistics and cost aspects
• Performing quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and system updates

• Interpreting data, analyze results and provide weekly KPI Flash & ongoing reports
• Performing analysis on KPI to assess state of Production and Delivery.
• Working with Supervisors & Leads to identify process improvement opportunities & modifications to aid in prioritizing business needs.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Creating visualizations such as dashboards or graphs that stakeholders can use to track progress toward goals.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering or IT related field preferred
• Have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Be adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings with analysis and summary.
• Have strong communication and presentation abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Have knowledge in LEAN Process & Techniques.\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b
