Role Overview

We're looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our company's digital journey, transforming the way we generate leads, manage listings, and handle daily operations. The ideal candidate will implement AI tools, automate workflows, and optimize our digital platforms to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital transformation strategies across all business functions Research, recommend, and integrate AI tools (e.g., Chatbots, CRM automation, marketing automation) Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency Manage property listing updates across platforms like Property Finder and social media Optimize lead generation and customer follow-up systems using AI tools Provide basic IT support and train staff on new technologies Monitor the performance of digital systems and suggest improvements Stay updated with the latest AI trends and digital innovations
Requirements

Proven experience in digital transformation, IT, or AI-related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, or other workflow automation platforms Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

Experience in the real estate industry Knowledge of social media automation tools Basic graphic design (Canva) Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing
