Art Studio Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for someone experienced, hands-on, and full of personality - to take ownership of daily operations and lead a team of amazing hosts to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Your Role

Oversee daily operations

of the studio and team activities

Lead and support a team

of hosts - assign tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth customer flow Excellent hosting of customers - lead by example Maintain

standards of cleanliness, safety

, and presentation

Monitor inventory,

deliveries, and supply needs Ensure

tools and materials

are maintained and prepped for daily use Handle

customer concerns or escalations

with professionalism Track

feedback, attendance, and productivity

; report to management Support in

event coordination

(birthdays, team-building sessions) Contribute to process improvement and staff training

What You Bring

2+ years experience in a

supervisory or senior staff role

Strong

communication and time management

skills A background in

art, events, or hospitality

is a big advantage Passion for creating joyful, interactive experiences Positive attitude and problem solving mindset Willingness to work on

weekends and holidays

(you'll have 2 days off weekly)

Salary:

AED 3,700-4,200/month
