About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and energetic
Studio Supervisor
to manage daily studio operations and support a team of 6-10 people. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during daily operations
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Ensure the studio is organized, efficient, and welcoming
Track performance and share updates with management

Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or similar fields
Confident leadership and team-management skills
