Job Outline: We are seeking an experienced Art Installation Project Leader to lead and oversee a Public Art Installation project in KSA. This role can be based either in our Riyadh or Dubai office. The role will include the management of sub-consultants/JV partners, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budget and margin expectations. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead all elements of the JV. Coordinate and project manage the project from start to finish. Interface with major stakeholders ranging from JV members to government officials, artists, and business leaders. Scale up and hire a team that can execute the full scope including logistics, health & safety, immigration, and Project Management. Ultimate responsibility for project schedule, scope, and budget including managing to forecasted project margins. Oversee approved budgets while managing and tracking changes, revising quotes, tracking change orders, aligning internal personnel, vendors, and team members. Develop job descriptions and lead recruiting efforts (with TAIT support) for all necessary project team members. Identify vendors and staff roles to successfully complete all tasks; source and contract aforementioned vendors and/or staff. Onboarding of new direct report team members (provide task specific instructions, reporting details, expected meeting attendance, ongoing mentorship and management and check-ins with direct reports throughout the project duration). Maintain a detailed schedule and ensure milestones are met. Produce reports for client and internal presentations. Collate a comprehensive post-event report including after-action recommendations and data points. Ensure health & safety standards are met. Work within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses. Mitigate both internal and external risks within the project's lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project. Maintain and report accurate, real-time project financial information per TAIT standards. Create best practices regional project delivery SOPs and review all weekly project reports and respond as necessary. Ensure that the production staff is maintaining proper documentation and updating records as needed by the company. Guide significant project documentation, invoices and purchase orders. Oversee scheduling, site drawings, site infrastructure plans and budgeting in conjunction with client. Ensure legal and contractual documents are correct. Ensure that all work conforms to pre-established specifications & standards of TAIT. Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent qualification Extensive experience at managerial level. PMP Certification (preferred). Must have solid analytical skills to estimate cost-effectiveness while resolving issues arising during the project's lifetime. Ability to lead a team by being a good and effective communicator. Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together. Excellence in planning how each process should be executed, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed. Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to solve them. Excellence in the budgeting of financial resources. Ability to welcome feedback and use it to improve the quality of production. Excellence in verbal and oral communication skills. Past experience of construction projects in the Middle East preferred. Strategise, meet and devise plans with executives and core team members. Play a key role in communications with all stakeholders and all departments. Take initiative, multi-task, and work positively in a fast-paced environment. Work with discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact in high-pressure settings. Work independently as well as within a team environment. Comfortable working across multiple time zones for meetings/calls. Creative Problem Solving - Solving for the "why," not just the "what". High level of emotional Intelligence. Balancing Prioritisation, on time completion of tasks, and ability to change course.
