We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Art Director

to lead our creative projects and ensure the delivery of visually exceptional concepts and designs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide the creative team (designers, photographers, content creators) to produce high-quality visual work. Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and digital content. Oversee all design phases from ideation to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, clients, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions. Review and refine design outcomes, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality. Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and creative best practices. Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets. Supervise photo and video shoots and support production processes when necessary. Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in graphic design or creative production, including experience as a Senior Designer. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Excellent understanding of branding, visual composition, typography, and color theory. Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills. Innovative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into original visual concepts. Previous experience in advertising agencies or creative studios is highly preferred. A strong professional portfolio showcasing relevant design and creative work.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
