At Even, we have a marketing team where we all do a little of everything, and an integral part is telling stories and interacting with the community in the best way.
The Motion Artist & Art Director will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animation and motion graphics, as well as leading and directing the visual style of a project. They will work closely with the creative team to develop concept art and style frames, and then bring those designs to life through animation and compositing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, as well as the ability to direct and lead the visual direction of a project.
What you will do?
- Create animation and motion graphics for various mediums including television, web and social media
- Develop concept art and style frames to be used in animation
- Collaborate with creative team to develop and execute visual style of a project
- Lead and direct other motion artists on a project
- Stay up-to-date with the latest animation and motion graphics trends and techniques
What we are looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in animation and motion graphics
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques
- Ability to lead and direct the visual style of a project
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation and motion graphics work
- Expertise in software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors or Master degree in animation, motion graphics, or a related field
- This position is full-time, on-site at our office, and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
