We're looking for dynamic professionals who feel the rhythm of hospitality and want to grow within an international environment.

Art Director

The creative heartbeat of WILFANO.

You will be responsible for the entire aesthetic and sensory experience from lighting and music to art performances, visuals, and brand storytelling.

Your role will include overseeing the restaurant's identity, coordinating visual content,

curating collaborations, and supporting the business development strategy for growth and media visibility.

We're seeking someone artistic, structured, and business-minded, someone who can turn beauty into strategy.

Requirements

Develop and oversee the restaurant's creative concept Manage music, visuals, and live performances Support brand growth and artistic partnerships Background in art direction, creative production, or luxury hospitality Sense of aesthetics, business understanding, and leadership mindset Experience in partnerships, collaborations, and artistic programming. Understanding of hospitality branding and guest experience curation. Business-oriented mindset, ability to identify opportunities and establish new concepts or business extensions within the ecosystem. Exceptional taste, creativity, and leadership. Prior experience in luxury hospitality, event production, or brand management preferred.
