Job Title: Art Director/ Creative Director Roles and Responsibility: ? Planning concepts through the study of relevant information and materials. ? Illustrating concepts by designing and submitting examples of the arrangement, size, type size and style of the art. ? Preparing finished art through the operation of required equipment and software. ? Contributing to team effort by carrying out tasks as required. ? Production of a wide variety of graphics and animations using applications such as Photoshop for product images, business logos, and websites. ? Examination of the final design and recommend changes where possible. ? Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts, presentations, and prototypes to life. Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns. ? Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget. ? Work with project managers and associate creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines met. ? Lead presentations and effectively communicate a creative vision. ? Collaborate with managers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s). ? Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast. ? Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field. Requirements and skills ? Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, Creative designer or art designer ? Portfolio of completed design projects and art works ? Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Primer pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma ? Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq) ? Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts ? Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team Experience & Qualification: ? Bachelor?s degree in an art, fine arts, or design ? 5 years of experience as an art director or creative director The salary scale for this position is AED 4000 to AED 7000, purely depending on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
