Role Overview



We are seeking a

creative Architectural Engineer / Exhibition Designer

with

more than 2 years of experience

in

exhibitions and events

who excels in

A-level concept creation

,

3D design

, and

technical documentation

. The ideal candidate can translate brand requirements into impactful concepts, produce

high-quality 3Ds with walkthrough renders

, and deliver

2D construction drawings, material specifications, and FF&E schedules

.

Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Design & Creative Development



Create

A+ exhibition and event concepts

aligned with brand identity, client briefs, and commercial objectives. Develop strong

design narratives, mood boards, layouts, and thematic concepts

. Ensure designs are innovative, functional, and feasible within project constraints.

3D Design & Visualization



Produce detailed

3D models using 3ds Max

(or equivalent) for exhibition stands and event spaces. Develop

high-quality renders and animated walkthroughs

for client presentations and approvals. Apply advanced materials, textures, lighting, and environmental settings for realistic visualization.

2D Drawings & Technical Documentation



Prepare

2D drawings

including layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailing suitable for production. Develop

material specifications

, finish schedules, and

FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

documentation. Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure buildability and budget alignment.

Coordination & Project Support



Work closely with

sales, project managers, estimators, and production teams

throughout the project lifecycle. Support client presentations and incorporate feedback into revised designs. Ensure compliance with

venue regulations, safety requirements, and exhibition guidelines

.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

.

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience

in

exhibition stand and event design

. Strong portfolio demonstrating

concept development, 3D visualization, and technical drawings

.

Technical Skills



3ds Max

(mandatory) for modeling and rendering Rendering engines such as

V-Ray or Corona

AutoCAD

for 2D drawings and detailing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience producing

animated walkthroughs

is a strong advantage

Key Competencies
