Job Description
We are seeking a talented
Art Director
with proven experience in nightlife or nightclub settings to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our venues and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a Russian speaker, highly creative, and capable of translating concepts into immersive experiences that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute visual concepts for nightlife events, promotions, and club interiors. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to create cohesive visual strategies. Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, signage, and event branding. Stay ahead of trends in nightlife design, visuals, and entertainment to ensure cutting-edge creativity. Manage and mentor a team of designers and visual creatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in nightlife, clubs, or entertainment. Fluent in Russian (spoken and written). Strong portfolio showcasing relevant creative work. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
