Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Art Director

with proven experience in the

real estate industry

. The ideal candidate will lead the visual direction and creative output for marketing campaigns, property branding, and digital assets. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury real estate aesthetics, market positioning, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visual concepts for real estate marketing campaigns, branding, and property launches. Lead the design team in producing high-quality visuals across digital, print, and outdoor media. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms. Oversee creative production -- including photography, videography, 3D renders, and digital content. Review and approve all creative materials ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Stay updated with design trends, real estate marketing styles, and competitor campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and creative excellence. Provide creative direction during property shoots, events, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

5+ years of experience

in design or art direction, with at least

2 years in real estate marketing.

Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns for property launches and branding projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics. Strong communication and presentation skills.
