As part of our continued brand expansion in the GCC, we are seeking a talented Art Director to lead creative direction and visual communication across all brand platforms, ensuring excellence and consistency in every visual expression of our luxury identity.
Role Overview
The Art Director will oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative projects across digital, print, and retail environments. This role requires a design leader with a refined aesthetic sense, deep understanding of brand storytelling, and proven ability to manage creative teams while aligning visuals with strategic marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Brand Identity
o Lead and guide the creative team in producing high-quality visual content across all
media.
o Maintain brand consistency and ensure design alignment with the company's luxury
image.
o Translate brand strategies into strong visual narratives for campaigns, events, and
promotions.
2. Campaign & Visual Development
o Conceptualize and design visuals for marketing campaigns, retail activations, and
social media content.
o Collaborate with marketing, photography, and content teams to deliver cohesive
campaign themes.
o Oversee production of all creative assets including lookbooks, packaging, print ads,
and digital visuals.
3. Team Leadership & Project Management
o Supervise graphic designers, photographers, and external creative agencies.
o Review and approve all visual materials ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
o Manage multiple projects with strong attention to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
4. Collaboration & Innovation
o Partner with Marketing Head and Product teams to ensure visuals support commercial objectives.
o Introduce innovative creative concepts, design tools, and visual trends suitable for
the GCC luxury market.
o Conduct regular brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and design excellence
within the team.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. 6-10 years of experience in creative direction, preferably within the luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaign design, and visual
storytelling.
4. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
5. Excellent leadership, time management, and collaboration skills.
6. Deep understanding of GCC market aesthetics and regional design sensibilities.
7. Ability to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling content.
8. Experience managing in-house creative teams and external design agencies.
Preferred Skills
o Motion graphics or video editing knowledge.
o Photography direction and styling experience.
o Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and social media design strategy.
