We are seeking a

highly creative and experienced Art Director

to lead the design and visual strategy for our in-house brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

product packaging

,

label design

, and

branding

, especially in the

electronics or FMCG sector

. You will be responsible for overseeing all creative output across print, digital, and physical packaging -- ensuring design excellence and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction for

product packaging, labelling, and visual identity

Conceptualize and develop innovative

branding strategies

for new and existing products Supervise and guide the design team -- providing mentorship, feedback, and creative input Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with business goals Oversee execution of print production, dyelines, and packaging materials Ensure compliance with

local and international packaging regulations

Manage external vendors and agencies when needed Maintain consistency across all visual elements, both digital and print Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years

of experience in

graphic design or art direction

, with a strong portfolio in

packaging and label design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools Experience with

3D rendering

,

mockups

, or

product visualization

is a plus Strong understanding of

print production processes

Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience in electronics or FMCG sector is highly preferred
