Successful candidates:
- Will have a minimum 5 years\' advertising industry experience.
- Must be able to look at any briefs from a strategic viewpoint.
- Are confident, well-spoken and able to put deliver pitches.
- Are connected to the tech trends of today.
- Are always on the front foot and ready to take the lead.
- Are ready to problem solve, provide solutions at all times and able to appreciate constructive criticism.
- Will be familiar with global best practices yet very familiar with local and regional nuances.
- Must be ready to help fill the awards cabinet and etch the name of the agency on metals.
