Job Description

We are seeking a talented

Art Director

to be fully seconded to a high-profile public sector client in Abu Dhabi for a fixed term of 1 year. This is an on-ground role in Abu Dhabi and will require close collaboration with the client's teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of visual concepts across digital, print, social, and motion platforms. Direct the creation of storyboards, animations, layouts, and production-ready assets. Supervise and mentor designers, editors, and animators to ensure creative excellence. Integrate AI design tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand alignment. Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials and touchpoints. Stay up to date with design, AI, and animation trends to drive innovation. Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to commute. Fluent in English and Arabic. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, digital, and motion work is a plus Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), , and AI-powered design tools. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and animation. Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and motion principles. Excellent communication and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
