We are looking for experience and dynamic Area Support Manager who will oversee a portfolio of school canteen, cafe and hospitality service with a key focus on

Team development, client relationship management, and ensuring food safety and compliance are upheld. In this role, you'll not only manage the day-to-day operations

But also identify opportunities to enhance menus, service offerings, and operational efficiencies. You'll champion new ideas and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Within your team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mobilization of catering outlets on time and on budget

Developing, implementing and managing procedures to deliver the service

Providing leadership to team members ensuring the delivery of services to all stakeholders

Supporting the whole operation team in overseeing procurement, financial administration, menu planning, recipe development, catering / vending operations, production facility or warehouse management & training coordination.

Identify and implement innovative service ideas, menu enhancements, and operational improvements to meet evolving customer needs and expectations

Implementation of company procedure and methodologies

To assess employee performance and recognize training needs and potential as appropriate.

Product sales, cash reconciliation and daily revenue reporting.

The duties may also include in finding new business opportunity to grow revenue (caterings) and increase monthly sales activity.

Regular Site visits

Required Skills

Proven experience in catering and hospitality

Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company

Familiarity with Management best practices

Proactive leadership and man-management along with demonstrable ability to plan ahead

Personable, professional, reliable , trustworthy and flexible

Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities.
