We're looking for a driven
Area Supervisor
to support our Area Manager and ensure our stores run smoothly, consistently, and successfully.
This role is perfect for someone who understands retail inside out, enjoys working with teams, and takes pride in delivering strong sales performance and exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations.
As an
Area Supervisor
, you'll be the vital link between strategic planning and daily store execution. You'll oversee operations across assigned stores, support Store Managers, monitor performance, and ensure brand operational, and customer service standards are met every single day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the rollout of sales strategies at store level
Track daily sales performance and report trends, risks, and opportunities
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and slow-moving stock reduction opportunities
Ensure promotions, discounts, and merchandising follow company direction
Supervise stock levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs
Conduct spot checks and support stock counts
Monitor expiry dates and non-moving items, initiating clearance when required
Ensure stores meet cleanliness, efficiency, and visual merchandising standards
Support Store Managers and act as the first escalation point for store issues
Ensure customer-facing teams deliver high service standards
Assist with staff training and onboarding
Provide feedback, coaching, and motivation to store teams
Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and regulatory standards
Collect and report operational data to the Area Manager
Verify correct pricing, discount compliance, and audit documentation
Following up on new initiatives and operational processes
Act as the communication bridge between Area Manager and store teams
Support new store openings, promotions, expos, and activations
Coordinate logistics for launches, campaigns, and stock movements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online and offline initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field
5-7 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role (retail or industry preferred)
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales principles, and visual merchandising
Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach and support teams
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory software
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Willing and able to travel regularly between store locations
