As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless accomplishment, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Service Delivery Manager - Offshore, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars Collaborating with sales. teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity. Ensuring the team understands contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect owed payments Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Have a minimum of 7 years' experience in oil and gas industry Be geographically mobile due to the location availability of the role Have a minimum of 5 years of Drilling & Completion Fluids product line experience Have a good understanding and experience within the market Be able to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders
